Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 6+ years in building engineering, project management or related roles.
• Professional licensure or credentials such as PE, RA, PMP, CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative on assigned projects and liaise among client, design teams, and contractors.
• Support planning, procurement, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases.
• Coordinate input across engineering, commissioning, sustainability, digital delivery, and other functions.
• Develop feasibility studies, technical assessments, and owner decision materials.
• Review designs for alignment with owner requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communicate status to clients and leadership.
• Assist procurement with RFPs, bid reviews, and evaluation support.
• Document progress through meetings, field reviews, and site visits.
• Provide direction to junior staff and mentor team members.
• Support business development and client relations for the OEES team.
