Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Vice President, Project Management - Owner's Representative Engineering Services to lead complex owner’s representative assignments and advance the service line across key clients and markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in building engineering, technical advisory, owner’s representative services, program delivery, or related capital project leadership roles.
• Professional Engineer licensure; RA, PMP, CCM or similar strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner's representative assignments for major or complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Represent owner interests across feasibility, procurement, design, construction, turnover and closeout phases.
• Manage multidisciplinary technical teams delivering advisory and project support aligned with owner objectives.
• Provide senior technical oversight on feasibility studies, analyses, procurement strategies, and design reviews.
• Lead development of project approaches, work plans, staffing and execution frameworks.
