Community Mainstreaming Associates seeks a Vice President of Business Operations to oversee technology, facilities, procurement, and compliance. You will guide strategic operations, manage multi-year budgets, and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Seven to ten years of progressive management experience within a complex organization.
• Experience leading multiple administrative functions including budgets, contracts, capital projects, facilities, fleet, insurance, risk, technology, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, systems, and performance measures.
• Strong understanding of organizational risk, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technology & Business Services including cybersecurity, data protection, and vendor management.
• Direct Facilities, Maintenance, and Capital Projects to ensure safe, accessible CMA properties and cost control.
• Manage Fleet, Insurance, and Risk Management, including carrier relationships and compliance.
• Provide Compliance oversight for Medicaid billing, HIPAA, privacy, and incident reporting.
• Lead Administration and Strategic Leadership efforts, including budgets, controls, and performance measurement.
• Steer CMA's social enterprise operations, business planning, and financial sustainability.
• Advise CEO, Senior Leadership, and Board on technology, facilities, risk, compliance, and infrastructure matters.
