Job summary

Thomas Allen is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the organization’s operational and financial backbone, reporting to the CFO. This executive will guide Finance, IT, and Facilities while shaping strategy with the CEO and senior leaders.

The role requires a track record of senior leadership in complex environments, driving efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth across a large nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple functional areas and managing leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience evaluating investments and growth opportunities.
• Strategic thinking, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and financial infrastructure of the organization.
• Oversee Finance, Information Technology, and Facilities.
• Partner with CEO, CFO and leaders to drive growth and performance.
