Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead our portfolio across the Scottsdale area. You will drive financial performance, oversee community operations, and ensure outstanding resident experiences.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staff coaching, property assessments, and representing the company with government and trade bodies. Occasional travel of 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a senior property management role.
• Ability to evaluate properties and capital expenditures needs.
• Experience managing a large real estate portfolio.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success of a diverse portfolio of properties and ensure financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish short- and long-term business plans.
• Organize and supervise budgeting and planning processes for communities.
• Monitor asset conditions, market position, and resident relations within the region.
• Visit properties regularly to coach regional managers and assess performance.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variances for senior management.
