Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20 years of progressive operations leadership in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience guiding complex medical devices from R&D to launch.
• Strong track record in global supply chains and CMOs.
• Proven leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into actionable operational strategies for scaling manufacturing and supply chain.
• Oversee P&L for operations, manage budgets, and drive continuous cost optimization.
• Direct manufacturing operations (in-house and CMO) with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Manage global supply chain, procurement, and logistics; mitigate material risks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team across functions.
