Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. Wheeling facility seeks an Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device setting.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while fostering continuous improvement and servant leadership across production teams. The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in regulated environments, Lean Six Sigma proficiency, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership within a regulated environment (medical device/pharma preferred).
• Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge and project delivery experience.
• Experience in capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device environment.
• Ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/OpEx tools to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to implement process controls and reduce non-conformances.
• Support audits and maintain regulatory documentation.
