Opry Entertainment Group seeks a Vice President of Operations for Austin to drive strategic growth and financial performance across Block 21 venues and related assets. Based in Austin, the role partners with senior leadership to optimize operations, capital planning, and asset management.

The leader will oversee venue operations, revenue growth initiatives, and cross-functional teams, ensuring flawless execution and high-performance culture in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality

Formación

• Requires education in business with emphasis on entertainment/hospitality/operations management or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible operations leadership in entertainment venues and/or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic vision and financial leadership for all Block 21 business units (ACL Live, 3TEN, W Hotel, retail, offices, residences, parking).
• Lead annual operating and capital planning and present plans to the OEG Board.
• Develop relationships with government agencies, promoters, lobbyists, and tourism officials to support Block 21 development.
