Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Operational Excellence to lead an enterprise operating system across its 3PL network. The role focuses on safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and inventory performance with strategic alignment to growth and profitability objectives.

The position requires deep experience in Lean, continuous improvement, and automation, plus strong leadership to drive cross-functional change and optimize complex warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in advanced 3PL or warehouse ops.
• Bachelor's in engineering or supply chain preferred.
• Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, and OT.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise operational excellence roadmap.
• Lead labor standards, capacity planning, and productivity analytics.
• Establish preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle programs.
• Champion a proactive safety culture and governance.
• Provide executive leadership for customer service and quality standards.
• Lead PMO for customer implementations and capital projects.
