Qualifications

• 20+ years of onsite delivery leadership experience in CMT (Telecom, Media, Tech) domain.
• Manage CXO, VP, Director level stakeholders of Tier1 Telcos, Tech companies.
• Handle delivery governance, program management, CSAT for key accounts directly.
• Drive farming growth (Delivery Lead Growth) and support Sales in new wins.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with engineering leaders, product owners, and business teams.
• Align delivery with client priorities across networking, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, innovation, and value creation.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving distributed onsite-offshore teams.
• Drive execution across product engineering, platform development, cloud, and data initiatives.
