Job summary

Ascendion in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Technical Deployment Program Manager III to drive large-scale initiatives across regions. The role requires coordinating with senior stakeholders and engineers, and ensuring smooth onboarding of SRT tooling on a five-day onsite basis.

You’ll manage AV/VC equipment and collaboration tech, maintain integrations as systems evolve, and communicate clearly across time zones to keep programs on track and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to bring structure and momentum to large initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AV, VC and collaboration tech for event-space coordination.
• Comfortable operating across multiple time zones, especially US PT/ET.

• Handle growing volume of new SRT integration requests from internal teams.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as review systems evolve.
