Job summary

BBOT is seeking a Program Team Leader (PTL), Vice President, to serve as the strategic and operational leader for BBOT's clinical development programs. Reporting to the Chief Medical & Development Officer, this role drives portfolio value across the full product lifecycle and aligns internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels.

The PTL will lead cross-functional teams, shape development strategy, ensure governance, and advance BBOT's mission to deliver transformative oncology

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or equivalent required; MD or MD/PhD strongly preferred.
• 15+ years in oncology drug development with proven program delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
• Strong external credibility with payers, authorities, and oncology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for BBOT’s clinical programs across all stages from early development to regulatory approval and lifecycle planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Clinical Development, Operations, Regulatory, Translational Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, and CMC.
• Shape clinical development plans, trial design, biomarker integration, and data interpretation to drive program strategy.
• Represent BBOT in interactions with senior leadership, the Board, regulators, investigators, and external stakeholders; ensure governance and value creation across programs.
