Job summary

Agenus seeks a Vice President, Global Clinical Development to lead BOT+BAL oncology programs, from early development to registrational studies, shaping strategy with biomarker, regulatory, and competitive insights.

This hands-on leader will partner with executive leadership to guide cross-functional teams and drive critical program decisions in a lean, fast-moving organization. FDA/EMA interactions and global submissions are central to the role.

Qualifications

• MD or international equivalent with 12+ years of biotech/pharma clinical development experience.
• Oncology drug development experience is required; immuno-oncology or checkpoint inhibitors preferred.
• Experience leading global clinical development programs from early-phase through registrational studies and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology development programs, shaping strategy and execution from early development to registrational studies.
• Represent Clinical Development to executives and governance bodies with clear recommendations on strategy and risks.
• Drive integration of clinical, translational, biomarker, regulatory, and competitive data into actionable program decisions.
