Job summary

BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics (BBOT) is seeking a Program Team Leader, Vice President to serve as the strategic and operational leader for BBOT's clinical development programs. Reporting to the Chief Medical & Development Officer, the PTL will drive delivery of business objectives across the full product lifecycle and build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D., or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in oncology drug development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven experience leading integrated cross-functional program teams in a matrix environment.
• Deep expertise across the oncology drug development process, including clinical development strategy, biomarker and precision medicine integration, regulatory strategy, and commercial considerations.
• Experience leading both early-stage and late-stage oncology programs, with regulatory and commercial experience of successful drug product approval and launch.
• Strong external credibility with key oncology thought leaders, payers, health authorities, and the broader oncology scientific community.
• Visionary, entrepreneurial leadership style with exceptional problem-solving capability, strategic agility, and the drive to succeed in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in RAS, PI3K, or related oncogenic signaling pathways is a plus; small molecule oncology experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a lean, startup, or high-growth biotech environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: define and execute global product strategy across development lifecycle; meet milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: build and lead cross-functional teams spanning Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Translational Medicine, CMC, and more.
• Scientific and Clinical Strategy: provide leadership on clinical development plans, protocol design, biomarker integration, and data interpretation.
• Regulatory and Commercial Alignment: engage with regulators, shape global regulatory strategy, and integrate commercial insights into planning.
