Job summary

BBOT is seeking a Senior Manager of BD & Ops to shape scientific and operational strategy for its clinical-stage oncology programs. You will own the NPV model, drive cross-functional execution with CMC, clinical operations, and finance, and lead competitive analyses to position BBOT's pipeline effectively.

• MD or PhD from top-tier institutions or commensurate work experience.
• Operating/program management experience in biotech startups or top-tier pharma.
