Job summary

CMA is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of On-Site Client Services to provide leadership and operational oversight for the company’s On-Site Division. Reporting to the President, this position will lead and develop the On-Site management team, strengthen client and Board relationships, drive client retention, and support the continued growth and operational excellence of CMA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including 2+ years in community association management and 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• AMS designation required; PCAM preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, financial and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to On-Site Association Managers and staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development.
• Build relationships with association Boards of Directors and clients.
• Lead client retention efforts, including renewals and multi-year agreements.
• Partner with President, CFO and Business Development on proposals and opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning and implement operational initiatives.
