Job summary

CMA is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Onsite Division Managers from its Atlanta-based corporate office. You will mentor managers, drive CMA initiatives, and collaborate with executives to ensure client retention and growth.

A Georgia CAM license and HOA/Condo management background are essential, with strong budgeting and CMA systems proficiency. The role requires extensive leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage impactful relationships with Boards and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Holds an active GA CAM license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with CMA systems and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Onsite Division Managers and provide mentoring, coaching, and development.
• Communicate CMA priorities and ensure alignment across regions.
• Attend evening meetings and travel as needed within the region.
• Monitor performance, client satisfaction, and retention targets (>95%).
• Support hiring, portfolio assignments, and disciplinary actions as needed.
