Job summary

Farm Credit Services is seeking a VP User Experience to lead the UX Design team, guiding the creation of intuitive and accessible customer-facing digital experiences that align with enterprise branding standards.

The role partners closely with software engineering, product, and business teams to establish user experience standards, maintain design systems, and steer solution design. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HCI, Engineering, or related disciplines.
10+ years of progressive UX experience, including leadership.
Experience designing responsive and mobile technologies.
Understanding of product and software development tools in an agile culture.

Responsibilities

Lead the UX design team to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to establish UX standards and maintain design systems.
Govern branding, interaction standards, and accessibility across digital products.
Prioritize UX investments based on customer value and business impact.
