Guardian Restoration Partners seeks a VP, Transformation to lead high-impact operational and strategic priorities across a portfolio of partner companies. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will identify opportunities, structure ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes through execution across multi-site teams.

This role requires strong analytical rigor, bias for action, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Academic or professional background in business, finance, accounting, economics, operations, or another analytical discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity portfolio operations, business operations, finance, or another analytically rigorous role.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver against a defined set of enterprise priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across Partner Companies and drive them forward.
• Balance multiple workstreams based on impact, urgency, and need.
• Co-own the turnaround of underperforming Partner Companies and drive execution.
• Shape and execute the transformation roadmap with executive leadership.
• Apply rigorous analytics to inform decisions and translate data into actionable direction.
