Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) seeks a transformative leader for IT Shared Services to shape enterprise technology strategy across PPM, QE, BSA, and UAT. You will partner with clinical and business leaders to accelerate high-quality technology delivery that supports IEHP’s mission in a hybrid work model with onsite Rancho Cucamonga presence.

The role requires 15+ years in IT Shared Services leadership in healthcare, 10+ years in senior leadership, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT Shared Services leadership in healthcare payer setting.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles leading large transformation initiatives.
• Experience with IT Shared Services in a healthcare payer organization.
• Master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Technology Shared Services strategy aligned with priorities.
• Oversee governance for project intake, portfolio optimization, and initiative approval.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and workforce capacity for shared services.
• Lead Enterprise QE, BSA, and UAT functions with enterprise-wide governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA) and vendor governance.
