Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of total experience in technology or hospital operations, including health care environment in a multi-hospital setting.
• Minimum five (5) years in IT or with integrated biomedical devices.
• Experience managing large inventories of medical devices.
• Executive-level presentation skills for leadership forums and executive audiences.
• Experience leading large-scale capital projects in HTM.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology management and divisional operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and governance for the HTM organization, ensuring SLAs, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Align operational standards, service models, and metrics for safe and reliable medical technology operations across facilities.
• Develop regional capital and operating equipment plans with HTMs Technology Coordination Group.
• Oversee deployment of plans, with progress reporting to market and regional leadership.
• Ensure integration of medical devices with IT architecture, EHR, and CMMS in line with HTM standards.
• Partner with KPIT, Nursing, Operations, Facilities, and NSSO to support system performance.
• Lead programs for medical equipment maintenance, safety, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Lead asset lifecycle, inventory, and disposition programs with compliant practices.
• Lead HTM budgeting with benchmarking, utilization forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, KPIT, NSSO to align HTM with organizational priorities.
