This role oversees cloud, data, cybersecurity, ERP, and construction systems, with 30% travel in year one and a focus on mentorship, governance, budgets, and delivering practical, business-aligned technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology in multi-site manufacturing/construction.
• Experience partnering with executives to drive tech-enabled business goals.
• Proven track record of digital transformation and cloud adoption.
• Strong mentorship, EI, and ability to align teams.
• Knowledge of IT governance, security, and budgets.
• Experience with ERP and construction systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision and strategy.
• Lead internal teams and partner with CIO/CTO or advisory services.
• Own IT budgets, vendor management, and governance.
• Drive data-driven decisions and digital transformation.
