Key priorities include leading the NetSuite transformation, modernising planning and data capabilities, and aligning budgets with strategic priorities. Strong executive collaboration is essential.

Stable10 is partnering with a well-established international consumer business to appoint a senior technology leader. The company is investing in a multi-year transformation of its business systems while continuing to support a complex, multi-channel operation.

The Opportunity

The Global VP of Business Systems & Technology will lead the global technology function and own the roadmap across ERP, Data, IT, ecommerce, retail systems, planning platforms and integrations.

A major NetSuite transformation is a key priority, alongside modernising planning and data capabilities, strengthening logistics integrations and evolving the wider ecommerce and retail technology environment. The VP will ensure these initiatives are sequenced and governed effectively, with clear ownership and limited disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global business technology roadmap across NetSuite, Data, IT and connected business systems.
• Lead the NetSuite transformation, including architecture, implementation partner performance, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and transition to internal support.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and translate priorities into a clear, costed technology plan.
• Provide full PMO oversight across technology initiatives, including governance, reporting, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources and risks.
• Lead and grow the technology department, developing internal platform ownership and reducing unnecessary reliance on external partners.
• Align budgets, resources and vendor relationships with business priorities.
• Ensure technology platforms support consistent processes, reliable reporting and effective operations across regions and channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior technology leadership experience in a complex, multi-channel consumer, retail, apparel or similar business.
• A track record of leading major ERP programmes from design through go-live and stabilisation. Direct NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Broad understanding of how ERP, ecommerce, retail, planning, fulfilment, data and IT services work together.
• Experience leading implementation partners, building internal teams and managing technology budgets and portfolios.
• A business-facing leader who can work with executives and functional teams, set clear priorities and communicate trade-offs.
• Strong programme governance and PMO experience across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Working Arrangement

The role is based in the Los Angeles area, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The company is open to candidates already within commuting distance or willing to relocate.
