SupportFinity™ is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategic direction of the product portfolio. You will oversee all product management, marketing, and ensure alignment across various teams to drive innovation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product management within B2B tech companies and is comfortable leading cross-functional teams. This role includes responsibilities for market strategy, product lifecycle management, and external representation of the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, 10+ years preferred.
• Experience in senior leadership roles in later-stage B2B hard tech companies.
• Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-product portfolio strategy.
• Lead the team to develop and maintain business cases for each product line.
• Drive go-to-market planning in partnership with sales leadership.
• Represent the company externally with customers and partners.
