Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of experience in product business development, technology partnerships, and ecosystem building.
• Proven product-centric leadership with executive relationship management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics, app marketplaces, and go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global technology partnership strategy and roadmap.
• Onboard, negotiate, and manage strategic technology alliances and ISVs.
• Oversee app marketplace relaunch, partner integrations, and joint GTM initiatives.
• Lead a global, high-performing partnerships team with clear metrics and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to drive merchant value.
