StartupHakk is recruiting for a Vice President of Technology on behalf of a private equity-backed digital advertising leader. You will spearhead the creation of a new Meta DSP module, integrating with the existing platform and driving rapid, market-ready delivery.

You will guide API, data, and platform choices, while managing a small, focused team and coordinating with the CTO and executive leadership. The role demands deep ad-tech expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of shipping

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of progressive technology leadership in ad-tech or digital media platforms.
• Direct hands-on or leadership experience with leading programmatic platforms or DSP infrastructure (e.g., Beeswax, The Trade Desk, Google DV360, etc.).
• Proven track record of taking software/SaaS products from zero to production and rapid market delivery.
• Experience leading small engineering teams (PM + developers) on defined builds.
• Existing network with major programmatic tech partners and data vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end build of a new Meta DSP module integrated into the existing platform.
• Guide technology decisions, leveraging platform tech or introducing new tech when needed.
• Oversee integrations with major programmatic networks and API frameworks.
• Ensure low-latency, enterprise-grade throughput and reliable reporting for buyers.
• Establish development processes, code quality standards, and delivery practices for fast builds.
• Lead a team of 5 (PM + 4 Developers) focused on the Meta DSP module.
• Collaborate with CTO and execs to align roadmap with speed-to-market goals.
