Job summary

Albers Aerospace seeks its first Vice President of Supply Chain Operations to architect, implement, and scale a compliant, efficient supply chain function across multiple sites. This executive role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and drives policy, process, and people while ensuring government compliance.

The VP will establish systems for FAR/DFARS compliance, property management, and purchasing approvals, balancing agility with discipline in a defense-prime environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 12 years in supply chain/procurement with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise supply chain strategy supporting a multi-site defense business.
• Build and lead high-performing supply chain teams across sites.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, including CPSR, GPAR, and government audits.
• Drive procurement, supplier management, and risk mitigation while reducing lead times and costs.
