Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness seeks a Regional Manager to oversee the performance, operations, fitness product, and talent development of multiple CamFit studios. You will certify and develop coaches, lead Studio Managers, and ensure coaching quality, sales growth, and a high-quality member experience across the region.

You will travel to studios, set expectations, and drive regional initiatives while maintaining Orangetheory standards and EH policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-unit fitness leadership.
• Experience coaching and developing fitness talent.
• Proven ability to drive sales, membership growth, and regional KPIs.
• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional performance in sales, memberships, utilization, revenue, and KPIs.
• Lead Studio Managers and Head Coaches; set expectations.
• Own coach certification and development across the region.
• Ensure Orangetheory product quality and brand standards.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop regional staff.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and facility standards.
• Maintain consistent member experience and community engagement.
