You will oversee bridge inspection services, drive business growth, and manage diverse teams across multiple locations, shaping the future of the firm. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client development, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or structural engineering or related field.
• PE license or CBI certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in structural services, consulting and leadership.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual business plan for the structural service practice.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute divisional and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, geographic reach and market share.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging market opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically diverse team of structural professionals.
• Oversee workloads, budgets, and resource planning across offices.
