Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (civil/structural engineering) or 15+ years in structural services.
- PE license or CBI certification required.
- 10+ years in structural services with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, project financials.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Ayres offices, clients, and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual business plan for the structural service practice.
- Lead a geographically diverse team of structural professionals.
- Identify opportunities to expand services, geography, and market share.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning to guide growth.
- Represent Ayres at conferences and client events to build brand visibility.
- Oversee budgets, revenue growth, backlog, utilization, and resource planning.
- Drive data-driven decisions to improve operational excellence and growth.
