Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Vice President of Strategy & Operations for NAM DP&F to drive growth by creating, assessing, and managing business opportunities. This role oversees Strategy Execution, prioritizes DP&F initiatives, and leads a team of three sales analysts, coordinating with NAM executives and functional leads on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics.
MBA, CFA, or CPA desirable.
Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize large data sets (qualitative & quantitative).
Strategic thinking and sound business judgment.
Experience leading teams to drive data-backed recommendations and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

Lead DP&F analytical and strategic insights, and drive priority initiatives with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Oversee Strategy Execution and manage key DP&F initiatives for NAM.
Manage a team of 3 sales analysts and collaborate with NAM Executive team on regional priorities.
Drive go-to-market rigor, acceptance modeling, and long-term regional strategies across NAM.
