Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy, business operations, or organizational leadership.
• Track record turning vision into executable plans.
• Experience with Boards and senior executives.
• Sports, entertainment, major events, or complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing implementation and evolution of the 2050 Vision for Indiana Sports Corp.
• Translate long-range strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, milestones, and measures of success.
• Advise the President and leadership team on enterprise-wide strategic priorities and opportunities.
• Create the structure and discipline to move cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Develop frameworks and analysis that support decisions about new opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and external stakeholders without bureaucracy.
• Establish meaningful measures of progress and communicate results to leadership, Board, and partners.
• Help anticipate changes in the sports industry and identify opportunities for Indiana to lead.
