Job summary

The CEOs of Indiana Corporate Partnership in Indianapolis seeks a Vice President of Financial Operations to lead the financial function for CICP and its initiatives. Reporting to the President & CFO, you will guide budgeting, reporting, cash flow and compliance across a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial leadership with a track record of developing teams, optimizing processes and implementing systems to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• CPA, CFA, CMA or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• At least ten years of financial experience in progressively responsible leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization's financial operations and required compliance activities, including annual financial statement audits and tax return filings.
• Identify and manage financial risks, implement policies and procedures to safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead and develop an experienced accounting team and provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.
