Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 9.5 years of relevant experience across work and higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with change management and program governance structures in large matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Agile or application development methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle and Product Management software such as JIRA is a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI and/or Generative AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead large-scale transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency and technology enablement.
• Establish onshore/offshore delivery models with clear engagement practices and handoff expectations.
• Build partnerships with offshore counterparts for prioritization and capacity planning.
• Engage with business, risk, and control partners for AI-enabled workflows in production.
• Consolidate testing outcomes, metrics, and remediation efforts into leadership-ready materials.
• Create program-level performance updates and governance materials for visibility and decision making.
• Communicate project timelines and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Shape governance frameworks to support prioritization and manage program risk.
• Foster a diverse, bold, and continuously improving culture.
