Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking an experienced software/AI engineering professional to lead the delivery of GenAI and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, design and build AI applications, APIs, and integrations, and ensure governance and security standards are met.

Qualifications

6+ years of software development, technical analysis, solution delivery, or data integration.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and enhance AI applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools.
Support GenAI use cases using LLMs, enterprise search, RAG, vector databases, and AI platforms.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, release, and production support.
Drive Agile development practices, backlog management, and coordination of onshore/offshore resources.
Ensure solutions meet governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
Monitor solution performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve user adoption and business outcomes.
Collaborate with technology, product, risk, compliance, and business teams across the organization.
