Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a seasoned AI-enabled solutions leader to drive the delivery of Generative AI across Morgan Stanley at Work. You will partner with stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable AI applications, APIs, and automated workflows.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, emphasize governance, security, and Responsible AI, and work across tech, risk, and business teams to improve adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, technical analysis, solution delivery, or data integration.
• Experience building or supporting Generative AI, LLM, AI automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/data integration, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions for Morgan Stanley at Work.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance AI applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools.
• Support GenAI use cases using LLMs, enterprise search, RAG, vector databases, and AI platforms.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, release, and production support.
