Destination Sport Group seeks a Vice President to lead and grow our North American Sports, Team Travel and Business Travel divisions. The role oversees commercial strategy, operational performance, client retention, supplier partnerships, travel technology and financial results.

Responsabilités

• Lead North American travel operations, ensuring service excellence for sports, team and corporate travel programs.
• Oversee complex travel arrangements including team travel, charter aircraft, group flights and hotel programmes.
• Promote a culture of service, accountability and resilience in travel delivery.
• Drive technology strategy, platforms adoption and data-driven programme improvements.
• Manage supplier partnerships, contract delivery and performance.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the divisions and report to senior leadership.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across business units and functional areas.
