• Experience in program accounts and profitability planning is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Owns growth and profitability targets for Specialty Clients.
• Reports to Chief Sales & Marketing Officer with dotted line to Chief Underwriting Officer.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key account leadership for profitable growth.
• Develop strategy, set priorities, and monitor program business plans for growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding and execution with internal teams and program partners.
