Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of project leadership with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with training implementation and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement future or existing analytics solutions.
• Forecast, budget, and staffing based on volumes and growth projections.
• Develop policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiencies and user experience.
