Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects with significant budget and complexity.
• Ability to coach and manage resources in project management and requirements disciplines.
• Experience with training implementation and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to mature the data-driven roadmap and governance processes.
• Educate stakeholders in data and AI literacy and drive data utilization for decision making.
• Direct and manage a team of data engineers and analytics consultants to design and implement data solutions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and staffing aligned to volumes and growth.
• Develop change management plans and training materials for new initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and tool advancements to maintain competitive edge.
• Monitor risks, issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Supervise portfolio and coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders.
