Responsibilities

• Owns growth and profitability targets for Specialty Clients.
• Reports to Chief Sales & Marketing Officer with dotted line to Chief Underwriting Officer.
• Cultivates relationships with key account leadership to align profitable growth.
• Develops strategy and monitors program business plan for profitable growth.
• Collaborates with Finance to build Pro Formas for new program opportunities.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to onboard new program opportunities.
