• Understand systems, processes, and data to determine business requirements.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver changes.
• Act as liaison between IT and business units for requirements and testing.
• Develop and prioritize business requirements for underwriting workflow.
• Manage testing plans, test cases, and communications for the underwriting department.
• Provide insights from data analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Support/perform quality control testing and risk assessments.
• Drive process improvements and manage change across teams.
