Job summary

Blue Tees Golf Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead software product management end-to-end for apps, memberships, AI experiences, and connected-device workflows. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution and report to the CEO while guiding a growing PM team.

You will partner with engineering, design, QA, data, and hardware to ship customer-centric software that drives engagement, retention, and paid member growth across the Blue Tees ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in software, mobile apps, SaaS, consumer technology, connected products, or platform products.
• 3+ years leading Product Management teams.
• Strong technical fluency across mobile product development, APIs, data and analytics, user identity, payments or entitlements, release management, quality assurance, and scalable platform development.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, QA, data, and exec leadership to turn strategy into shipped product.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility while maintaining speed and long-term health.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year software product roadmap across the Blue Tees app, membership, AI experiences, account and identity, commerce and activation, connected-device integrations, and data-driven product experiences.
• Define software product strategy to grow paid member base, retention, engagement, and ecosystem value.
• Translate priorities into product themes, roadmaps, requirements, launch plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead product discovery with customer research, app analytics, feedback, and market trends.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, data, commercial, customer success, and hardware teams to move initiatives from concept to launch.
