Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to own the strategy and delivery of the Topgolf app. You will shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and partner with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to create guest-focused mobile experiences.

You will translate business goals and guest feedback into prioritised initiatives, write specs, and drive features from alpha to GA while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent domain knowledge and experience.
• Experience collaborating with designers and engineers to envision and ship features.
• Solid background in Agile/Scrum development processes and ceremonies.
• Experience translating analytics into actionable product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the mobile app roadmap to deliver guest-centric features.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Lead design and engineering toward shipped outcomes without formal authority.
• Translate business goals and user feedback into prioritized initiatives with measurable success metrics.
• Write specs and briefs used by designers and engineers to implement features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery.
