Job Summary

Lead Blue Tees software product management end-to-end. This role owns the software product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the Blue Tees app, membership experience, connected-device workflows, AI-enabled features, data products, and future software platforms. The role reports to the CEO and will oversee software product managers as the organization scales.

The ideal candidate combines product vision, technical fluency, strong customer intuition, and operating discipline. This person can translate company strategy into a clear software roadmap, partner deeply with engineering and design, build the product management system for software, and ship products that improve engagement, retention, paid member growth, and the overall Blue Tees ecosystem.

  • Own the roadmap: turn company strategy into a focused software product roadmap with clear priorities, metrics, and tradeoffs.
  • Build the product system: establish strong discovery, requirements, analytics, prioritization, and launch-readiness processes for software.
  • Lead the team: hire, coach, and develop software product managers & product owners who can operate with clarity, accountability, and speed.

  • Help define product requirements for reliable user data, membership data, device data, event tracking, and reporting that support better decisions across the business.
