Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous but not required.
• Minimum five years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2B2C software, including at least two years at senior/management level.
• Proven experience defining product strategy from customer insights, market research and business data, and driving execution through launches.
• Experience translating ambiguous customer needs into clear PRDs for Engineering.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs, prioritizing sprint work and shipping software with Engineering.
• Experience serving as the accountable point when Commercial and Engineering priorities conflict.
• Experience working with internationally distributed Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders, customers and technical teams.
• Comfortable acting as the senior or sole Product Manager for an entire product line.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve PM work.
• Leading and coaching Product Managers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Rapsodo Golf software, aligning with customer needs and business targets.
• Bridge between customers, Commercial teams and Engineering to define direction and commercial decisions.
• Conduct structured customer discovery and market research, translating insights into prioritized requirements.
• Build interactive prototypes and proofs-of-concept using AI-assisted tools for rapid validation.
• Leverage AI throughout development to improve research, requirements, and communication.
• Write PRDs and collaborate with Engineering to scope and deliver releases end-to-end.
• Own backlog prioritization across distributed Engineering teams with trade-offs between value, priorities and constraints.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, retention and commercial impact.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform positioning and investment.
