Job summary

Versant invites a Director of Product Management for GolfNow to elevate our B2B golf technology portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Managers, translate business objectives into product roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, Design, and leadership to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive adoption and business growth.

You will foster an AI-native product culture, strengthen product judgment, and build strategic capabilities across the team.

Qualifications

Significant product management experience leading complex products or portfolios.
Experience coaching and developing product managers for growth.
Track record with B2B software and improving customer outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate objectives into priorities.
Analytical mindset using metrics and customer insights to drive decisions.
Technical fluency across APIs, integrations and architectural tradeoffs.
An AI-native approach to product management and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Ownership for GolfNow’s B2B portfolio, guiding product managers.
Translate strategy into coordinated priorities, roadmaps and tradeoffs.
Drive customer experience improvements and innovative features with measurable value.
Develop a high-performing product team with clear expectations and accountability.
Foster cross-functional partnerships across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and Sales.
