Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit seeks an AI Product Enablement Manager to advance AI adoption within its Innovation team in Omaha, NE. The role partners with product leaders to apply AI-enabled strategies, automation, and emerging tech to improve operations and customer value.

Incumbent will lead capability building, deliver workshops, and shape governance for AI portfolio initiatives, with travel up to 10%. Requires 8+ years in related fields and a Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Innovation, Product Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, innovation, organizational transformation, instructional design, technology strategy, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leaders to incorporate AI-enabled approaches into strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and software approaches based on business needs.
• Introduce frameworks to identify high-value AI use cases across the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate ideation and strategy sessions for AI-enabled product development.
• Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for AI thinking in discovery and decision-making.
• Deliver AI workshops, training, and innovation sessions to the organization.
