Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead multi‑team organizations
• Expertise in agile delivery and engineering metrics
• Hands‑on understanding of CI/CD, test automation, IaC, and quality practices
• Experience operationalizing AI in production and familiarity with SRE/FinOps

Responsibilities
