Job summary

UG2 is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Vice President of Shared Services to lead centralized accounting and finance functions across the Central, Midwest, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. This senior leader will optimize AP, AR, Billing, Payroll, Cash Management, and General Accounting while partnering with field operations to deliver consistent, high-quality service at scale.

• Proven leadership in centralized shared services across multiple sites.
• Experience managing AP, AR, Billing, Payroll, and Treasury functions.
• Strong track record of process standardization and KPI-driven performance.
